Input Information and Needs: Persons Served: Increase home and school based clinician hours
Needs included: increase hours for home and school base with current clinicians and possibly hire
additional clinicians, if necessary.
Staff: OHCA change of reimbursement array has been clarified. Clinicians are adjusting hours and case
load to assist with those on medical leave.
. Needs included: maintaining scheduling needs and encourage clinicians to monitor their personal
schedules to allow balance with home based, school based and office sessions.
Stakeholders/Others: Seek ways to explore options for providing services during seasonal driven down times.
Needs included: Meet with Stakeholders to determine available options per agency/facility.
